General Sales Terms

- Free patterns will be sent by post or parcel service at our expense.

- When you buy our products, we will issue an order confirmation to present the payment and consignment modalities, that are the followings ( except different agreements):

- Payment: you have to meet the payment through money transfer at our bank coordinates in 3 days after you have received the order confirmation through e-mail; you have to send a fax of the transaction you have made at this number: +39 (0)55 28 32 54. Otherwise, we will have to annull your order.

- Consignment: consignment of products is at your expense. You are pleased to say which parcel service you prefer.

- We cannot accept claims after 8 days you have received our products, or if the products are already cut or manufactured.

- If you send back products without authorization, we will send them back to you at your expense.

- The consignment of products is at the buyer's risk. The buyer himself has to make a complaint to the parcel service or to the insurance companies.
